Vision and Mission
Vision of the Grama Panchayat
In the Annual Plan 2026–27, priority is given to local economic development and the concept of a water-rich village. Through the Knowledge Centre Project, the annual plan places special emphasis on ensuring access to information for job seekers and helping them find suitable employment opportunities. In addition, the major objective of the annual plan is to encourage self-employment enterprises and improve the basic living standards of the people.
Special consideration is being given to areas severely affected by water scarcity, with the objective of protecting and maintaining water sources in those regions. As part of this, a well recharge project will be implemented focusing on specific localities. Alongside this, restoration of water resources is also being carried out through the Nagara Sabhaya Project. Plans have also been formulated to enrich water availability in all component institutions through well recharge initiatives.
In connection with health and waste management, projects have been envisaged to further strengthen the Haritha Karma Sena. The plan also includes the distribution of biodigester pots to households. Additionally, provisions have been made to improve facilities for Haritha Karma Sena members at the community level.
