Stages of the Annual Plan
1. Collection of Public Opinion
The needs and suggestions of the people are collected through Grama Sabha meetings.
2. Prioritization of Needs
Urgent and important needs are identified and prioritized.
3. Plan Formulation
Projects are prepared in various development sectors.
4. Budget Allocation
The required funds are allocated for each project.
5. Approval
After approval by the Panchayat Committee, the plan is submitted at the district level.
6. Implementation and Evaluation
The projects are implemented and their progress is evaluated.
